Building and valuing. Two activities, one standard: traceable, documented, personally accompanied. That's how MSX is structured, and that's how I've worked since stepping into self-employment.
I work with owners, architects, trades and property holders. The same understanding of construction and real-estate practice informs my work as an independent appraiser, each activity sharpens the other. Whoever values damage has to understand how building goes wrong. Whoever leads projects benefits from the appraiser's eye on what could later become disputed.
The two signatures MSX and MSeXpert belong to the same firm, kept apart only outwardly, since the two activities carry different expectations. MSX is project management, development and owner representation. MSeXpert is independent appraisal and expert work. Anyone who knows me through one knows the other runs with the same care.
I have known the region between Eastern Belgium and the Grand Duchy for a long time. The market, the building actors, administrative practice, language habits, that is grown knowledge that goes into every dossier. Anyone having a build accompanied in Saint-Vith should have a project manager who knows the regional trade fabric. Anyone having an office building valued in Luxembourg City should have an appraiser who can place the prices there.
What drives me: the conviction that construction ventures and appraisals don't have to fail on a person. Reliability is learnable, documentation is doable, personal accountability is a stance. MSX is my answer to that.
